Corporate Sales – Business Travel

Job Description

As a Corporate Sales you provide support in the business development of the online travel market, and at the same time you will also support VNTRIP in managing and maintaining its existing relationship with corporate enterprise clients. You have a sixth sense for a great customer experience and you always keep your eye on the end-user.

Duties and responsibilities

  • First point of contact for corporate enterprise clients
  • Promote VNTRIP’s brand name and its online reservation services to potential corporate enterprise clients;
  • Support VNTRIP in building and maintaining a professional network within the B2B travel space;
  • Monitor research and report findings on market developments in the travel industry.
  • Support VNTRIP in managing all processes that lead to setting up a partnership (i.e. leads, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up);
  • Partner with corporate enterprise clients regarding integration and technology of its travel tooling
  • Answering Request for Proposal documents submitted by corporate enterprise clients
  • Co-create with internal departments including customer testimonials and relevant content pieces
  • Manage corporate enterprise clients by building deep relationship with the relevant stakeholders by managing all aspects of partner interaction.
  • Work with internal support department and corporate enterprise client on long-term goals and new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs. Setup growth strategy plan.
  • Support VNTRIP in monitoring the success of each account and managing client relationships by advising on VNTRIP products and services.
  • Liaise with corporate enterprise clients and internal support departments to solve ongoing issues.
  • Aggregating and analyzing feedback to support future product initiatives.
  • Leverage existing customers relationships to build a network of product ambassadors for VNTRIP’s business travel products & services
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Analytics. Provide local perspective on preferred approach.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conducting regular meetings and acting as a consultant for the enterprises.
  • Present VNTRIP at industry events.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant business development, account management, business travel experience;
  • Extensive network in business travel;
  • Proven track record / experience with different channels;
  • Understanding of customer development processes;
  • Highly flexible and self-motivated
  • Ability to travel for work purpose

Salary: 8.000.000-10.000.000 VND
