Job purpose
Takes care of a product, or a range of related products, responsible for owning the strategy, development and execution of Vntrip’s Frontend (Vntrip.vn).
Oversees all facets of product creation, marketing, and evolution to maximise profits for the company and customer satisfaction. Ensures managed product or products and the marketing efforts to support them are in line with employer’s goals and strategies.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage, plan and design feature specifications based on requirements
- Project lead for all things related to creating, maintaining, and improving the eCommerce Frontend
- Help design, test and release products as well as determine requirements for each release
- Product Owner in an Agile/SCRUM-based development team, and vision holder for the UX and core experience of the product.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization of features and functionality. Drive and deliver the growth vision for the organization.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization to prioritize eCommerce roadmap. Proactively recommend and implement best practices and programs.
- Interact with the business and marketing teams to identify and imagine the most advantageous and in-demand features to add to the project
- Regularly engage with customers, prospects, and partners to validate and refine requirements and show case iterative demos
- Provide input to the annual product lifecycles from budget request, through roadmap, backlog grooming and launch.
- Provide release support in the form acceptance testing, knowledge sharing, release notes and other communications both internally and externally.
- Monitor new technology trends and identify areas of innovation relative to distinct competencies and market / business needs
Qualifications
- 3-5 years previous experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Solid background in designing software and developing concepts
- Very strong management skill
- Detail oriented and self motivated, management skills
- Good English skills
- Independent, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.
- Strong teamwork and contribution spirit.
- Knowledge in Travel industry is a big plus.
