Marketing Manager: Data Analytics

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, experience managing a team, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to optimize our marketing investments
  • Develop analytical frameworks to help marketing decision making
  • Identify marketing funnels weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes
  • Create dashboards, identify quality/ efficiency problems, generate insights, and track results of projects
  • Review data models, queries, and ad hoc data analysis
  • Build tools for different teams to help them leverage all of the data
  • Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends market
  • Define, create, improve, and automate reporting methods
  • Be a hustling multi-tasker. You’ll be one of the go to people when anyone needs an objective, data driven assessment of a situation


  • 3+ years of work experience in a quantitative role in tech, finance, or consulting; management experience in tech preferred
  • BS/Masters in Math, Physics, CS, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative field
  • Deep understanding of databases, data relationships, and data integrity
  • Proven ability to be an effective leader managing teams
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Excel/data management skills
  • Substantial SQL experience strongly preferred
  • Development experience in at least one scripting language a plus (Python and/or R preferred)
