Business Development Manager – Based in Hanoi

Job Description

  • Seek new strategic partnerships and play a crucial role in the review and pitching of partnership proposals with external parties
  • Manage and keep track of the team’s key performance
  • Develop, execute and report on Vntrip’s partnership strategy, coordinating with relevant partnership teams across all channels to ensure effectiveness and maximizing outcome
  • Coordinate with other functions and channels, in order to trade assets with partners and negotiate assets such as SEO backlinks, reward programs, prizes, benefits for customers, PR coverage, sponsorship, etc.
  • Responsible to pitch to sponsors and partners for events and marketing activities

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
    Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales or partnerships marketing
  • Strong network
  • Internet savvy and passionate about E-commerce

 

Skills and Preferred Qualifications

  • Confident, outgoing personality, comfortable approaching new people outside own network
  • Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills

 

Salary: $1,000 – $2,000 depending on how well you negotiate
